By purchasing tokens or using the AntlerBridge technical reference tool (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms. This Service is operated by OptiReachMedia.ai.

Critical Notice: Manual Verification Required

AntlerBridge provides AI-generated technical logic based on a proprietary knowledge base of security and automation documentation. Every response must be manually verified against official manufacturer documentation and local life-safety codes before being implemented on a live system.

1. Nature of the Service

AntlerBridge is a productivity accelerator and technical reference engine. It is not a substitute for professional training or official manufacturer technical support. The Service provides suggested programming syntax and logic based on the user's specific input.

2. Token Usage and Refund Policy

Access: Tokens are delivered via email and grant immediate access to the Service without requiring a password-protected account.
Expiration: Tokens do not expire and remain valid until consumed.
No Refunds: All sales of token packs are final. Tokens are non-refundable.
Inquiry Limit: One (1) token entitles the user to up to three (3) technical inquiries on a specific job.

3. Limitation of Liability

AntlerBridge and OptiReachMedia.ai shall not be held liable for any system failures, hardware damage, or life-safety compliance issues resulting from the use of programming logic generated by the Service. The user assumes all risk and responsibility for the final configuration of any hardware.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Data Privacy

We process your technical queries via encrypted connections. We do not store your specific questions or the generated responses after delivery, and no hardware API keys or panel credentials should ever be shared with the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access or cancel tokens without refund if a user is found to be abusing the system, attempting to scrape data, or reselling access without an authorized distributor agreement.
